Yoga in Dhanmondi, with Eza Chowdhury, at Kaizen Hall
with Eza Chowdhury
You don't have to leave the city to find stillness. Join Eza Chowdhury for a slow, grounding morning of yoga: breath, gentle flow and a quiet mind before the weekend. The session begins with guided breathwork to settle the body and nervous system. From there, Eza leads a slow, mindful flow designed for every level, building soft strength and ease of movement without rushing. It closes with a meditation, so you leave calmer and clearer than when you arrived. The session takes place in Kaizen Hall, 2,000 sq ft of open, light filled space on Level 7 of Suvastu Rialto Tower, above Satmasjid Road. Eza guides every movement, so first timers are just as welcome as regular practitioners. With only 20 mats available, places are limited. Book early to secure yours
