Refund Policy
The refund policy of Samadi Yoga (“Samadi Yoga & Holistic Center” or “Samadi Yoga Dhaka”) states that if any customer requests for refund at least 24 hours before the starting of the course or class, Samadi Yoga will refund the full amount that the user paid to purchase the course.
The process of refunding may take 7-15 days. The user must contact Samadi Yoga through email, Facebook/Instagram account, or mobile number provided at the bottom (footer) of each page or at the contact-us page. Customer will have to provide all the necessary details that are requested by the Samadi Yoga Team.
No refund will be given after that.
If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of the delivery, please raise a return request on the Samadi Yoga website. The return request must be raised within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Valid reasons to return an item
- The delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken) or defective.
- The delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories)
- The delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/color, fake item, or expired)
- The delivered product does not match the product description or picture (i.e. product is not as advertised)
- The delivered product does not fit. (i.e. size is unsuitable)
