My goal is not about getting ahead at any expense and making it in this so called rat race. It is more important to impress the higher self than the materialistic world, where sadly success is measured by temporary gains such as who makes the most money, who gets the biggest promotion or which kid comes out first in third grade.
The satisfaction can never be enough from what others perceive of me. But rather how I perceive myself at any state. How I can look into the eyes of of my higher self, universe, God or Allah and know that I am trying, with a humble heart, most days. The goal is to live an authentic life to be on the path to perhaps one day reach liberation, moksha or heaven. 

I heal for me.
I heal for those next to me.
I heal for my ancestors.
I heal for my future folks.
