Eza Chowdhury

Eza Chowdhury is a RYT 500-Hour Yoga Teacher, an Energy Healer and the Founder of Samadi Wellness.

Eza was a Financial Planner in Canada for 10 years before she quit her career and dedicated her life to helping others heal their body and mind. Her vast experience of life events, struggles, and finding peace gives her the wisdom in connecting with everyone.

She is well respected and appreciated in Bangladesh for her dedication to teaching yoga and making yoga accessible for every body type, health condition, and age. While she is compassionate, she inspires everyone to heal and rise up to the absolute best version of themselves.

Savinaa Shah

Savinaa Shah is a certified teacher in the disciplines of Reiki, Theta healing, Chakra healing and Chakra-based meditations. She is also certified in teaching Hatha, Ashtanga and Kundalini Yoga, which she often enhances using unique combinations of Pilates and breathwork derived from a decade of personal experience. 
 
A number of years ago, Savinaa discovered that the vast fields of energy healing and yoga together form the basis of her true calling in life and she has been actively involved in this profession for over ten years. In addition, she is qualified in teaching the four categories — Angel, Unicorns, Dragons and Lemurian Planetary Teacher with the Diana Cooper School of White Light, London. 
 
Savinaa believes she can make the greatest contribution to society by serving those in need of healing and learning ancient yogic methods to maintain a well-rounded, healthy and harmonious life.

Fateh Jot Kaur (Farhin Islam)

Fateh Jot Kaur (Farhin Islam) is a very well respected Kundalini Yoga & Karam Kriya practitioner from Bangladesh. She met her spiritual teacher, Shiv Charan Singh in Cairo and since then continues to study under his guidance in different parts of the world. She is a certified level 2 (500hr) and a pre-post natal (80hr) Kundalini Yoga teacher. 
 
She explores and guides students in deeper aspects of physical, mental, and spiritual consciousness through her classes. Each month her classes revolve around a theme that students can actively participate in and manifest in their lives. 
 
Along with teaching classes, she also offers a 40 or 90-day Holistic Guidance Program and 1-on-1 consultation sessions to help others to bring about meaningful changes in their lives. In her personal life, she loves traveling, hiking in nature, and cooking wholesome food. She lives and upholds a minimalistic and holistic lifestyle.

Amit Payal

Amit Payal is an E-RYT 500-Hour Yoga instructor with a Master’s degree in Yoga Science. He is a well-known, appreciated, and celebrated Yoga master in Rishikesh, India. With several specializations like Alignment, Adjustment, Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga philosophy, Anatomy and Pranayama, Amit ensures that his pupils, whether teachers or students, push their limits, test their boundaries and achieve their goals. As warm as he is passionate about Yoga, he makes sure each and every person that comes through his school leaves there, confident about their capabilities and with a feeling of oneness and family.

Eunha Jang

Eunha is an RYT 200-Hour (Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance) and RPYT (Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance) Yoga instructor. 
 
She initiated yoga to treat her shoulder pain. After a few years of practice the pain had gone completely and she had experienced the therapeutic power of yoga. 
 
Her classes are powerful and energetic with a dynamic component of each part of our own body. Her voice is grounded and calm it’s suitable to guide a brief meditation in order to make students feel centered and rooted. She focuses on experiencing harmony between the movement and asana with well-organized sequences so that students can deepen into the postures. It will help students to feel a joy of movements and build both mobility and stability while challenging their own practice.
